The Blonde Bistro is also a great place to grab a sandwich or salad, like their Pittsburgh steak salad, or their take on a BLT, the memorably named a That Blonde Be Thicca sandwich, featuring half-inch thick cut brown sugar bacon, a homemade tomato aioli, and crisp romaine on a pretzel roll.
The recent move to Axemanna s Brewery has brought to the Blonde Bistro a whole new group of menu items: the Axemanna s Faire.
