This festival has fun for the whole family from inflatables, kids activities, and hayrides to food and unique venders.
The Halloween Parade starts at 10:30 am at Bellefonte Elementary School.

This event is held as a fundraiser for theA Bellefonte Sunrise Rotary Club. The funds raised are distributed to various community organizations and causes throughout the year, such as the Bellefonte YMCA, Faith Centre, Centre County Library, Bellefonte Youth Center and many more.
