LOCK Boutique, located on 136 West High Street, is about to celebrate its second birthday, and the people of Bellefonte are invited to come out and join the festivities!

Opening a small business is never an easy task, not to mention doing during it a pandemic, but Lydia Shafer did just that with LOCK. She took it from a pop-up shop in her photography studio to a full-fledged boutique, and she gives much of the credit of LOCKas success to the people of this community.

LOCK is turning two in style, holding a celebration weekend this Saturday and Sunday, April 9-10, from 12-4pm. Shoppers will receive a free gift with purchase (while supplies last), and LOCK will also be holding two giveaways in order to introduce Bellefonte to their brand new jewelry line.

LOCK will also be launching their New Arrivals Birthday Collection this week. Every Wednesday, LOCK debuts their New Arrival Collection, but this weekas is special, full of the LOCK staffas favorite styles and twice as big as a normal New Arrival Collection.
