Annual Bellefonte Halloween Costume Parade

Historic Bellefonte, Inc. presents the Annual Halloween Costume Parade, Saturday, October 25th from 11:00 a.m to Noon.

Parade will line up at 100 W. Linn St. (elementary school) at 10:30 a.m. At 11:00 a.m., it will travel to the courthouse, then turn onto High St. before ending down at the Talleyrand Park Fall Festival, already ongoing from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m

Trick-or-treat at participating merchants in downtown from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
