What could be better on Valentinea s Day? Sparkling wine is made all over the world from many different grapes. In this class youa ll learn a little about the way sparkling wine is made, but more importantly youa ll learn how these wines that have all the bubbles are really different from one another. Bring your sweetie to class and figure out which of the bubbly you both love.
