Historic Bellefonte Train Rides

The American Pioneer is a two hour excursion to historic Curtin Village. This event will occur on Sunday, July 7th, 2024. Trips depart from and return to the Bellefonte Train Station at Talleyrand Park in historic Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. The excursion includes a 30 minute train trip to Curtin Village, a one hour guided tour of the Curtin Village buildings and grounds, and a 30 minute return trip to Bellefonte. Additionally, a docent from Curtin Village will be on board the train to provide additional history of local iron making and other facts of the area. Passengers may select from three excursion times with departures from the Bellefonte Train Station at 10:00 AM, 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM.
